Licensee acknowledges and agrees that the monthly fees commence after onboarding of the first user is complete. If Licensee’s onboarding is completed between the first (1st) and the tenth (10th) of the month, the applicable monthly fees will be effective on the first (1st) day of that month. If Licensee’s onboarding is completed after the tenth (10th) of the month, the applicable monthly fees will be effective on the first (1st) day of the following month. All monthly fees, plus applicable taxes, are due and payable to ChromeData within sixty (60) days of receipt of ChromeData’s invoice.
